Danelia Argueta, MBA

Professional Journey

With an International Strategic MBA in Marketing from the University of Houston, Victoria, she gained the necessary skills to become a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional.  She offers expert proficiency in the development and deployment of innovative and effective marketing strategies designed to increase revenue and elevate awareness.

Past experience range from working with top leading software companies, Advent Software, and Microsoft Corporation, to 7 years dedicated to servicing very worthy non-profit organizations focused on the welfare of women and children. She’s been trained as a Court Appointed Special Advocate to assist abused and neglected children, and as a Pregnancy Peer Counselor to assist women facing crisis pregnancies.

In her spare time, she utilizes her comprehensive development and fundraising skills to assist local non-profit organizations to increase awareness and generate funds. Positions included past board member and External/Internal Communication Director for IABC Houston (International Association for Business Communicators), past board member and Marketing Director for T.W Davis YMCA, and founding member and Event Chair for the Central Fort Bend Chamber Alliance Young Professional group and Development and Marketing Director for Ovarcome Cancer Organization in Houston.  She currently serves as one of the members and on the board of the Houston Latina Bloggers, as a Business Strategist.

Her full-time role is to serve as Diversity Relations Lead for Inspire Women in Houston, TX.  An organization focused on inspiring women from all ethnicities, denominations and economic levels and help her unlock her God-given potential to find her spark and change the world.
